The Siemsen Group is one of Australia’s largest insurance builders.
It provides services in the areas of:
- Catastrophe Response
- Insurance Building
- Restoration; and
- Facilities Management
It is also the first and only insurance builder in Australia using Claim Central – a process management and intelligence system designed exclusively for the insurance industry. Incorporating all stakeholders in the claims process (insurers, assessors, tradespeople and policy holders), Claim Central streamlines the following procedures:
- Cost control and analysis
- Quality of work
- Customer service
- Client service; and
- Project lifecycles
With offices covering rural, remote and metropolitan Australia, the Siemsen Group has the largest geographical presence of any insurance builder.
It commenced operations in 2002.
