CERT System
The Siemsen Group Contractor Emergency Response Team Automated System (CERT System) comprises of a panel (selected nationally) of deployable trades and suppliers who are able to assist in a catastrophe. All are pre trained, qualified and licensed in multiple states.
The panel members are trained exclusively for catastrophe capacity management and work to a fixed schedule of rates to eliminate client exposure to unknown costs.
All Siemsen Group clients have access to 42 levels of catastrophe reporting through log on and password access.
PREP System
The Siemsen Group Priority Response Emergency Planning Automated System (PREP System) is an automated, high volume catastrophe management system that creates disaster response plans based on the type of event, its location, lifecycle requirements and budget.
We tailor each system to a particular client prior to any event.
ERM System
Our Emergency Response Mapping System allows us to anticipate the volume of claims by integrating insurer policy risks at the outset of an event. This system maps all risks including location and distances, which enables us to allocate enough people (from trades, estimators, administration to management) to respond without delay.
At the Siemsen Group, we can’t prevent catastrophe events, but we can provide the technology and systems to manage the subsequent claims efficiently. For more information, contact Sloane Asmussen, Client Account Manager on sasmussen@siemsen.com.au
