Siemsen Group Set to Launch New IntelliBuild™ System, to Streamline the Insurance Building Process

The Siemsen Group is set to launch a new software system that allows tradespeople greater control of payment terms and the jobs they take on.

IntelliBuild™ is a process management and intelligence system that automates each step in the trade building process. According to Brian Siemsen, CEO of the Siemsen Group, IntelliBuild™ is set to revolutionalise the trade industry.

“We are confident our most recent technology investment, IntelliBuild™, will set the benchmark for the trade industry both here and overseas,” says Mr Siemsen. “This is because it is the only automated system of its kind that allows tradespeople to spend less time quoting and more time doing the work that guarantees their income,” he says.

Through the IntelliBuild™ system, Siemsen estimators go and quote the job before it comes to the tradesperson. All the Trade Partner needs to do is turn up and do the work. That means less time quoting and more time working.

It works through an automated, secure on-line web portal. The Trade Partner receives an SMS or email advising they have a new request for tender opportunities. Then, through their unique login, they are able to view photos and documentation of the job as well as respond to the request on-line.

As the system is designed to provide open and transparent communication to all stakeholders in the insurance claims process (insurers, assessors, tradespeople and policyholders) Trade Partners are required to provide weekly line item and job updates on-line. They are also required to upload signed completion documentation and photos when a job is complete. That way, any of the stakeholders can view the job’s progress - at any time - at the touch of a button.
