Our Facilities Management division directly engages key tradespeople with successful track records in maintenance. This allows us to access highly experienced workers with greater control and monitoring of quality and workmanship, without the need to rely solely on external contractors. We also have apprentices and management cadets who we train as part of our team using our BUDDY system, as a way of investing in the future of the company.

The Siemsen Group provides continual staff training for key personnel in various areas. These include business management, HR management, project management, building licences, site supervision, team leadership, office administration procedures, systemisation policies, risk analysis, accounts administration procedures and many other core business requirements.
